Regulations and Rules of the12 NIGHTS Hotel
I.- REGISTRATION
Todo huésped, deberá presentar para su registro e ingreso su documento de identidad en original y deberá de llenar una hoja de registro de manera individual, misma que le será proporcionada a su llegada en la recepción del Hotel.
En el caso de menores de edad si no tienen su documento de identificación se deberá presentar el registro civil .
II.- OBLIGATION TO PROVIDE INFORMATION BY THE GUEST
It is the obligation of the guests to inform the Hotel administration of illnesses or contagious diseases, deaths, infractions or crimes that occur in the establishment and are of their knowledge, so that the Hotel can, in turn, take the appropriate measures and give immediate account to the authority when appropriate.
If a guest gets sick, the hotel reception must call a doctor and he can be treated in his room at the guest's expense; IF the Emermedica service provided by the hotel does not cover it, if the disease is contagious, the guest will be transferred on their own to the appropriate place.
III.- REGISTRATION OF THE GUEST TO THE HOTEL
The check-in time to enter the room will be from 3:00 p.m. onwards, and the check-out time must be no later than 12:00 p.m., otherwise an additional night's stay will be charged. In the event that for personal reasons the guest has to check in after 8:00 p.m., he must notify 24 hours in advance of his arrival.
We recommend that you review the inventory of the room upon your arrival, since at the time of your withdrawal it will be reviewed and in case of shortages or damages, they must be covered by the guest for another equal product or, failing that, it will be charged at its price.
IV.- USE OF THE SERVICES
The services (water, electricity, gas, etc.) provided by the Hotel must be used in accordance with the rules of good faith, without waste or disproportionate use being included in the price, help us keep the rates low and accessible, as well as caring for the environment.
Guests are asked to use the furniture in the room in a moderate and rational way, taking care of them properly; In the same way, when leaving the room, every guest has the obligation to close the windows, entrance doors, water keys, turn off fans, air conditioners, and turn off lights.
V.- STAY AT THE HOTEL
Guests can take their room keys with them or leave them at the reception or administration until before 8:00 p.m., each time they leave the establishment. They will not be able to accommodate people other than those registered in their rooms and in any case, they will give prior notice to the administration of any variation in the number or identification of the people who originally registered. Customer visitors will not be able to stay overnight. Neither can people other than those who have made the contract come to enjoy the services, nor can the Hotel be used as a place to carry out commercial transactions.
In no case, the number of people staying in each room may be greater than the capacity assigned by the Hotel to each room.
VI.- ACCESS TO THE HOTEL
The Hotel will be open to the public from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. If the guest wishes to enter or leave after 9:30 p.m., they must do so with their entry code.
VII.- CLEANING OF THE ROOMS
Room cleaning will take place in the morning, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Customers who do not make their rooms available during those hours will not have their room cleaned.
Both individual and group guests are informed that in this establishment the linen in the room is changed every second night of stay.
VIII.- SECURITY MEASURES
The guest must keep their valuables out of the reach of anyone. If you have any valuables, the hotel is not responsible for the loss or misplacement of jewelry and valuables left in the rooms.
IX.- SILENCE AND RESPECT FOR THE REST OF THE CUSTOMERS AND HOTEL STAFF
From 10:00 p.m. in all rooms the acoustic volume must be moderated. Also respect the night silence in the corridors and on the stairs. From 24:00 hours, guests are asked for absolute silence. Any annoying performance should be avoided for the rest of the hotel guests.
X.- DAMAGE, DIRT, LOSS OF KEYS
In the event of damaging the property or hotel furniture, as well as losing the keys, it is the offender who pays for the damage caused. Payments of this type are made immediately and in cash (in the case of groups, the person in charge is the organizer and/or representative, so it will be he who must advance the amount). Theft or intentional damage will be immediately reported to the police. It is prohibited to carry out any act that causes damage or loss to the Hotel or to other guests, or conduct contrary to decorum or social behavior.
XI.- MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS
The hotel does not authorize access to the rooms occupied by guests of any person who has not been previously and expressly authorized by the client, reserves the right not to allow visits from other people in the room.
The people who hold the representation of the Hotel or provide the services inherent to the lodging, will have free access to the rooms occupied by the clients.
In the event that guests are absent for more than twenty-four hours without prior notice to the administration, the accommodation may be terminated or suspended, as the case may be, and proceed to collect the luggage.
The hotel authorizes the entry of pets with an additional cost that are small breed pets and that their weight does not exceed 15 kilos, pets must remain inside the rooms and at the time of departure they must be in arms or on a leash.
The guest must be in charge of collecting their droppings in sealed bags and at all times supervise their pet.
XII.- ACCIDENTS OR EVENTS WITHIN THE HOTEL
The hotel is not responsible for any type of accident and/or event that the guest suffers within the hotel facilities such as falls, blows, animal bites, among others. The expenses that this accident or event originate will be borne by the guest, exempting the hotel from any legal responsibility.
XIII.- PARKING
The Hotel has outdoor parking available at no additional cost but is not responsible for valuables left inside the vehicle or any damage or loss that may happen to it.
XIV.- PROHIBITIONS
- The consumption of toxic drugs, narcotics or psychotropic substances or smoking inside any area of the hotel is prohibited; this infraction will be immediately reported to the corresponding authorities.
- It is prohibited to disturb the order or cause inconvenience to other users within the establishment, use the electrical current and mechanical equipment installed in the rooms for purposes other than those for which they are intended.
XV.- BREACH OF HOTEL RULES
In case of violation of one or more of the conditions and/or prohibitions mentioned above, the Hotel has the right to immediately terminate the accommodation contract. The client is also obliged to pay for all the days of accommodation established in the reservation.
The rights of the establishment as well as of the guests to denounce before the competent authorities the facts that constitute an illegal act or that give rise to responsibility by any of the parties in their persons and property, as long as they occur inside the hotel, are preserved.
IMPORTANT:
It is understood that at the time of making the reservation effective, the client and/or guest knows and expressly and tacitly declares that they accept in their entirety the present internal regulations of the Hotel 12 Nights, being satisfied and in agreement with all the points mentioned above.
